We believe at FMUMC that service is a vital component of Christian discipleship. The maturing Christian not only develops in knowledge and faith, but also develops in his or her service toward others. At FMUMC there are a number of ways to serve: in the church, in the community, and in social holiness ministries. We pray you find an area to explore serving and, ultimately, that service might begin to transform your life as you seek to transform the world
Flower Mound UMC strives to serve the world and the community through missions to eradicate:

Support Missions
At FMUMC, our Missions Ministry is fully funded by donations. At the beginning of each month, on Communion Sunday, we take up a rail-offering for a community partner. Beyond that, donations are raised by our generous and faithful congregation on an as needed basis. Depart to Serve: A Week of Impact
Join us September 28 – October 4 for a week of intentional service in our community. Through a variety of projects, we’ll step beyond our church walls to show God’s love in action.
Whether you're serving solo or with your family, there's a place for you to make a difference.
Help share love through sewing + crafts. This group takes on projects that help others. From face masks to sensory board for individuals with Alzheimer's to sewing classes for the Kyle's Place teens to blankets for those without beds, creativity is the only limit to what is possible.
